Open the Skill window (S) to check the requirements (level/prerequisite skills) for the skill you wish to learn.
If you have met all the requirements for the skill, hold down CTRL on your keyboard and click the skill’s art icon with the left mouse button.
When the confirmation window appears, check the skill points required, then click the Confirm button to learn the skill.
