Download, Installation and Login
I have problems downloading and/or installing.
If you find that the client installer cannot be installed after download, and prompts a message similar to “xxx file corrupted”, it may be caused by an unstable connection while the download is in progress. We recommend that you try to download the file again.
We recommend you use BitTorrent, a peer-to-peer file-sharing protocol. Although the initial starting speed is very slow, you may find that the speed will gradually increase. In addition to this, the speed of a BitTorrent download has no limit; in other words, this means that the more people that download the file, the faster the speed.
Another choice would be to use JDownloader, IDM, or similar download managers to process the downloading of the file; this will ensure that the file is not corrupted during the process of downloading.
How do I install Martial Heroes?
Ensure you have enough hard disk space before installation. After the installation, Martial Heroes needs at least 3.5GB of free hard disk space to run smoothly.

Make sure that DirectX 9.0 is installed on your computer after the installation is complete. Check the DirectX version on your computer using the steps below:
- Click on Start Menu

If you don’t have DirectX on your computer, please install it before you load the game. We also recommend that you to update to the latest drivers of your graphics card.
I can’t enter the game normally. It either freezes at the login page or my display goes all weird after the game loads. What’s wrong?
Because the game uses a 3D graphics engine, it requires medium to high system specs.
If the version of DirectX you have on your computer is not supported, please note the following: Ensure that you are using the latest drivers for your graphics card.
Martial Heroes requires DirectX 8.1 or DirectX 9. If you do not have DirectX installed, please download it and install it from the Microsoft website.
